What we can answer
We know our instruments. Send us the question and we will give you a straight answer.
- Which scale suits the work: capacity against readability, and why the two are unrelated.
- What a tester separates and what it does not.
- Whether a particular stone or setting can stand a tank or a steamer.
- What is in a concentrate and what it will lift.
- Which loupe power to hold and when a microscope earns its space.
What we cannot answer
Anything about an order already placed sits with our retail partner. Payment, arrival dates, tracking numbers and sending something back are handled on their side, from their record of the order. We do not see it and cannot look it up.
Reaching us
Write to the address in the footer of every page on this site. One of us reads it. We answer instrument questions and we say so plainly when a question belongs with our retail partner instead.
We do not run a counter, a showroom or a place to visit. There is nothing to try on and nothing to collect.
