Who moves the parcel
Not us. We make the instruments and they go into the retail channel. The parcel that reaches you is packed and sent by our retail partner from their own stock.
That means every question about when a parcel arrives, what it costs to send, and where it is right now has an answer, and the answer is on their side, not ours.
What to look at before you buy
The listing shows the delivery options, the cost of each and the date attached to each, worked out for the address you are sending to. Read that box, because it is specific to your order and nothing we could write here would be.
Instruments built to order
Some instruments are made in runs. Their pages say so, and the listing gives a date before payment rather than after it.
If something arrives damaged
Tell our retail partner first, because the parcel and the claim are theirs. If the instrument itself is at fault rather than the packing, write to us as well and we will want to know about it.
