We build the instruments a jewelry bench reaches for every day.

Returns

Sending one back

Returns run through our retail partner, on the terms attached to your order.

Where a return goes

Back to our retail partner. They took the payment, they sent the parcel, and the return window and its conditions belong to that order. Start it from the order record on their side.

Nothing comes back to us. We have no address for it and no way to settle what you paid, because we never received it.

Before you start one

Two things worth checking first, because they account for most of what people send back.

  • A scale reading oddly is usually a scale that has not been calibrated since it was unpacked. Every one of ours can be, and the sheet in the box says how.
  • A gold tester reading low is usually reading plating or a dirty spot. File a clean window on unplated metal and read again.
  • A tank that seems weak is usually running old solution. Cavitation falls off badly once the fluid is loaded with what came off yesterday.

If the instrument is faulty

Tell our retail partner, because the order is theirs to settle. Tell us too. A fault that came off our line is something we want in front of us, and we will ask you what it did and how.
