How we built it

Tiny screws, loose diamonds, and miniature watch gears require extra containment inside an active ultrasonic bath. We build this basket with a tight stainless steel mesh that permits fluid and sound waves to pass freely while preventing small items from dropping to the bottom of the tank. Insulated rubberized handles give you a steady grip when lowering or lifting items out of hot solutions.

Fine Mesh Containment

We weave the stainless steel mesh closely enough to trap tiny watch gears, loose melee stones, and jewelry findings while letting heated cleaning fluid circulate freely around every surface.
