What it does on the bench

Precision Carat Sensor

We tune the internal load cell to resolve measurements down to 0.005 ct increments up to a total capacity of 100 ct. This fine sensitivity supports sorting parcels of loose stones and tracking small gem weights reliably.

Digital Push-Button Calibration

Maintaining measurement integrity over time requires simple adjustment routines. We include push-button digital calibration controls directly on the interface, allowing you to reset your weighing accuracy whenever bench conditions shift.

Integrated Parts Counting

Beyond direct carat readings, the onboard processor supports a parts counting mode for repetitive inventory work. This function assists when sorting matched stone sets or organizing small findings at the bench.

Portable Workshop Housing

We construct the matte black casing to stay lightweight while handling routine use on countertops and traveling trays. An automatic shut-off routine powers down the display during idle periods to conserve battery runtime.
