How we built it

A brushed stainless steel cabinet houses our 4 pint ultrasonic tank, built for busy jewelry benches and personal care. We engineered the circuitry with dual sweep modes and auto-degassing to optimize cavitation throughout the bath. The integrated heater and timer maintain consistent liquid action across rings, chains, and watch bands.

What it does on the bench

Dual Sweep Waveforms

We built this unit with switchable Power Sweep and Turbo Sweep modes to continuously shift sound waves. This prevents standing dead zones and lifts polishing compound, oils, and dirt from intricate mountings quickly.

Heated Stainless Tank

Our 4 pint stainless steel basin includes a built-in heating element to keep cleaning fluids at optimal working temperature. The brushed metal outer cabinet resists workshop wear while a fitted cover controls bath evaporation.

Automated Frequency Tuning

Internal circuitry automatically tunes the transducer frequency to match the current fluid level and workpiece load. An auto-degas routine prepares freshly mixed solutions rapidly to ensure peak cavitation during every cleaning cycle.

Complete Bench Basket Set

We supply the machine with a fitted stainless steel cleaning basket, ring rack, cover, and tweezers. These accessories suspend delicate pieces away from the tank bottom to protect both your gemstones and the transducer.
